Before you book

A few helpful things to know.

Clear information about booking, delivery, travel, and what to expect.

Travel

Travel within Sarnia-Lambton is included unless otherwise stated. Sessions outside the region may include a fee based on distance, travel time, parking, or location requirements. Any applicable fee is confirmed before booking.

Gallery delivery

Lifestyle and professional portrait proof galleries are typically delivered within approximately two weeks. Final edited images are typically delivered within approximately one week after the client submits their selections. Brand photography, content, event, and video timelines vary by project and will be confirmed before booking.

Booking & retainer

A signed agreement and 50% non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due the day before the session. Submitting a booking request begins the process, but the date is not secured until all required booking steps are complete.

Editing

Every photograph is individually selected and carefully edited for colour, exposure, composition, and consistency in the Crosslight Media style. Detailed retouching is included where stated. RAW and unedited files are not delivered.

Professional prints

Complimentary prints included in eligible packages are professionally produced for beautiful colour, quality, and longevity. Additional prints and products may be ordered through your gallery.

Weather & rescheduling

Outdoor sessions may be adjusted for unsafe or unsuitable weather. When needed, we’ll choose a new date or an appropriate alternate location together.
